I will meet with you to hear all about your relationship and your partner, and then provide personalized suggestions for the ring and proposal, including photographers, if desired. I will also be available to assist with coordination of the proposal the day of.

As your Day-Of Coordinator, I will handle the run of show, meaning the who, what, when, where, and how! I will create a day-of timeline, coordinate with the venue and additional vendors, set and pack up all décor, and ensure smooth transitions throughout the wedding. I will be available for one virtual meeting a week starting two months before the wedding date to review and finalize details.

If you have most of your details set, but need someone to execute your vision, this package is for you! I will be available six months from your wedding date for one virtual meeting a month to discuss details. When the wedding day is two months away, I will be available for one virtual meeting a week to review and finalize details. Services can include:

-Finalization of wedding vision details

-Venue/vendor recommendations and coordination

-Honeymoon planning

-Day-of coordination

Do you want someone to be with you every step of the way? From the ring to the honeymoon, I’ve got you covered! I will be available 12+ months from your wedding date for one virtual meeting a month to support the entire planning process. When the wedding day is two months away, I will be available for one virtual meeting a week. Services can include:

-Engagement ring shopping

-Proposal planning and coordination

-Creation of wedding vision

-Venue/vendor recommendations and coordination

-Honeymoon planning

-Day-of coordination 

-Day-after wrap-up (supporting with transfer of couple’s items from venue to desired location)

I am also available to support with wedding-related celebrations, including an engagement party, wedding party proposal, bridal shower, stag, Jack and Jill, bachelorette/bachelor party, and rehearsal dinner. In combination with one of the above packages, you can add on any amount of wedding-related celebrations. The fee per celebration is dependent on the type of event and amount of support needed.
